Perfectly located in Kåvan – about 100 meters to the Parklift at Funäsdalsberget.
The apartments are 120 square meters each, spread over 2 floors. On the lower floor, there are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed featuring a wider lower bunk. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with a bunk bed with a wider lower bunk.
Each floor has its own kitchen and bathroom, making the apartments ideal for two families, multi-generational living, groups of friends, or large families. The kitchen on the upper floor is a smaller, fully equipped kitchen.
There is a small sauna on the lower floor, accommodating a maximum of 2-3 people. Each apartment has a washing machine and drying cabinet. There is one TV per floor with basic channels. Apartments 15, 17, and 19 have views of the slope with afternoon sun. Apartment 54 has a view of Anåfjället (morning sun).
